By creating an account or using Threshold (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Threshold provides faith-rooted content ratings and analysis for movies, TV shows, and other media. Ratings are generated using a combination of AI analysis, third-party review sources, and community input. They are intended as a guide for parental decision-making, not a definitive or authoritative content classification.
While we strive for accuracy, content analysis is inherently subjective. Ratings may not reflect every individual’s values or concerns. AI-generated analysis may contain errors. We encourage parents to use Threshold as one tool among many in making media decisions for their families.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. One person or household per account — do not share login credentials publicly.

Grace is an AI-powered conversational assistant. Responses are generated in real-time and may not always be accurate or complete. Grace is not a substitute for parental judgment. Do not rely solely on Grace’s recommendations for content decisions.
The Threshold name, logo, rating system, and original content are the property of Threshold. Movie and TV metadata is provided by TMDB and used under their terms. You retain ownership of any content you submit (comments, notes, profiles).
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by emailing hello@threshold.family.
Threshold is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any decisions made based on our content ratings or AI recommendations. Use the Service at your own discretion.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via email.
